Chair Aerobics and Core
Because I have such a bad back, doing stand up aerobics is very difficult, if not totally impossible for longer than a couple minutes. However, chair aerobics I can do and I love the Spark People chair exercises. They can be difficult to find just looking on here, but they are easy enough to find when searching on YouTube. There are several different videos so I can switch them up every day. This is the one I did today (plus another non spark chair one for a total of 20 minutes)
